The anti-imperfection routine to find a perfect complexion

Many of you come to see us in store, desperate for your skin and its whims.

Unfortunately, with the change of seasons, the skin tends to seek its balance, its pH changes and with this change often appear imperfections: acne, oily skin, dilated pores and blackheads...😢

It then becomes very complicated to know how to meet the needs of your skin and to find THE right beauty routine that will solve these ailments.

To facilitate your research and help you solve your skin problems, here is THE anti-blemish routine that will allow you to regain a perfect complexion! 🥰

STEP 1: Anti-imperfection layering

Let's start with the first thing to do to find a perfect complexion: adjust your diet 🥑. We can never say it enough, but we are the reflection of what we eat. And as everything goes through the plate, we really invite you to pay attention to your diet: we avoid foods that are too fatty and we hydrate 💧! Set yourself a goal of at least 1.5 liters of water per day. To facilitate this challenge, we opt for a glass or stainless steel bottle that we fill as much as we want during the day 👌🏼.

Now on to the ideal beauty routine to treat your skin problems.

We are going to present you a layering for problem skin.

1/ Anti-imperfection make-up removal

Whether you have oily or acne-prone skin, oil make-up removal is totally recommended.

This method thoroughly removes make-up and leaves no residue on the epidermis.

The oil won't stay on your skin, so it won't clog your pores. And to make sure you don't develop small imperfections, we opt for non-comedogenic oils 😉:

I have acne-prone skin : I opt for sweet almond oil to remove make-up from my skin. It is anti-inflammatory and promotes regeneration of the epidermis. It is great for fighting acne and healing skin cells.

I have oily skin: Jojoba oil will be perfect for you since it balances the pH of the skin. It is suitable for both oily and dry skin.

I want a solid oil: No worries, the Pachamamaï cleansing oil will be perfect whether you have the oily or acne-prone skin.

2/ Cleanse problem skin

After oil make-up removal, the skin is cleaned to remove the oil and complete the make-up removal. This step is essential to avoid the appearance of new imperfections.

I have acne : You can turn to a detoxifying and exfoliating soap such as charcoal soap and tea tree Coutiver anti-imperfection that will unclog pores and free the skin of impurities.

I have acne-prone and sensitive skin : Pachamamaï's "On the Way to Aleppo" Soap will be ideal since it relieves reactive and acne-prone skin.

My skin is oily : John Masters Organics Bearberry Face Wash will be ideal. It purifies the epidermis and rids the skin of excess sebum.

My skin is oily and sensitive: The facial cleanser for combination to oily skin of stories soap will regulate the skin gently and moisturize

3/ Toning lotion

This step is perfect for removing the limescale that settles in a thin layer on the face when you rinse the cleanser. Limescale dries out the skin, unbalances the pH and can clog pores 😞.

I have acne: I choose Lulu & Boo's Lavender & Lemon Toning Lotion which regulates the epidermis and tightens the pores of the skin.

I have acne-prone and sensitive skin : Flower power oOlution floral water will suit you perfectly. Enriched with 25 anti-imperfection plants, it purifies, balances and acts against impurities.

For oily skin : Choose John Masters Organics Purifying Mist Combination to Oily Skin which tightens pores and balances the skin.

I have oily and sensitive skin : Rice and rosemary tonic from Pai Skincare will be perfect. It balances sebum secretion while preserving the epidermis.

4/ Anti-blemish serum

Serum is a beauty essential for treating skin problems. It is a targeted treatment that is intended to solve the problem thanks to its high content of active ingredients.

For acne-prone skin: John Masters Organics Bearberry Balancing Serum eliminates pimples and spots black. You can also choose the anti-imperfection serum from oOlution which corrects imperfections, scars and tightens pores.

Acne-prone and sensitive skin: Without hesitation, we choose the Copaiba and Zinc serum from Pai Skincare which reduces the production of sebum up to 65% and that of imperfections up to 72%.

For oily skin : The bluette balancing serum from Pachamamaï balances and purifies the epidermis to neutralize excess sebum over the long term.

Dehydrated oily skin: Whamisa organic anti-sebum serum will be your beauty asset. It rebalances the skin by moisturizing it without nourishing it to restore a breast pH.

5/ I hydrate the skin

The moisturizer is the most complicated treatment to choose. Indeed, if you have oily skin, you should choose a moisturizing formula but not too nourishing so as not to suffocate it.

For acne-prone skin, be careful not to choose a comedogenic cream that will clog pores and accentuate the appearance of imperfections.

Acne-prone skin: We choose Herbera Burdock nigella cream. Non-comedogenic and hydrating, it rebalances sebum to regain a healthy epidermis.

Acne-prone and sensitive skin: La geranium and safflower cream from Pai Skincare is THE anti-imperfection cream made for you. Perfectly dosed, it hydrates and nourishes the skin while balancing the epidermis and neutralizing the appearance of imperfections.

For oily skin : To mattify the skin, opt for the cream Check Matte by oOlution which is rich in assets. It provides the skin with the perfect hydration and nutrition to achieve balance. You can also choose the Water cream from whamisa which is a nugget for dehydrated skin. It is light and very comfortable to wear.

You now have all the keys in hand to adjust your beauty routine and find a doll complexion! 🥰

Step 2: Anti-imperfection ingredients

As said before, it is very important to choose non-comedogenic cosmetic products. In particular, be careful with vegetable oils which tend to clog the pores of the skin.

The thicker and longer an oil is to penetrate, the more it will comedogenic and promote the appearance of blackheads.

You should also pay attention to the sensitivity of the oil to oxidation. The more rancid the oil is, the longer it will remain on the surface of the skin, regardless of its comedogenicity index.

To help you sort it out, here is a list of the comedogenicity indices of vegetable oils.

Index 0 = Non-comedogenic

Index 5 = Very comedogenic

You now have all the cards in hand to have fresh, smooth and clear skin 😍.

And you, what are your anti-blemish tips?
