Preparing and shipping orders
At Veganie, parcels are prepared with great attention and great care by Shirley.
Concerned about the environment and our carbon footprint, we do not use plastic to package your products.
We offer eco-friendly packages made from 100% recyclable packaging made from cardboard, kraft and small string.
We promise to ship your orders within 24 to 48 hours from the order date.
Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday are shipped on Monday and Tuesday.
Note: In case of affluence, shipping times may be slightly disrupted and longer than usual (sales period, black friday and end of year celebrations).

Delivery in FRANCE
Delivery in France is made from Colissimo. We offer delivery to your home or to a relay point. From the dispatch of your order, it takes a delivery time of 2 to 3 working days.
Packages are sent to the address provided when placing your order.

Note COVID-19: From 60€ you have the possibility to choose delivery with or without signature. If you choose without signature, Véganie disclaims all liability in the event of loss of the package during transport.
Parcels delivered to a relay point are also insured against loss and theft.
Pick up in store in Paris
We also offer you the option of reserving your products online and then picking them up in a store in Paris. This reservation is FREE.
If you opt for this delivery method, please bring your identity card and the order reference.

Product or order return procedure
1/ Return on customer request
As of receipt of the package, you have 14 days to return the goods to us.
Only new products, in their original packaging and in perfect condition are accepted for return.
Products damaged, damaged or soiled by the customer are not taken back.
Note: Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
To return a product to us, send us your return request by email (contact@veganie.com). Indicate the subject "RETURN REQUEST".
Indicate your order number, the product(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return.
Returns should be made to the following address: Veganie 55 Boulevard de Sébastopol – 75001 Paris.
All risks related to the return of products are the responsibility of the customer.
We advise you to choose a delivery with tracking number to insure your package.
We will refund your product within 2 weeks of receipt in our warehouse.
2/ Return following a complaint
Veganie supports product returns due to complaints. If your order presents an anomaly, send us an email on our customer service so that we can compensate you.
We systematically ask you to send a photo of the problem encountered in order to improve our services.
