Each morning, apply the equivalent of half a teaspoon of British Summertime sunscreen after your moisturiser.

You can put on make-up directly after applying sunscreen since it absorbs quickly into the skin.

Advice: Apply your sunscreen 30 minutes before going out in the sun and reapply during the day, if necessary.
