How to use the Lamazuna menstrual cup?

Before the very first use and before each cycle, sterilize your feminine cup by boiling it in a pan of water for about ten minutes

1/ Wash your hands. Fold your cup and insert it at the entrance to the vagina. It doesn't have to be inserted as deep as a tampon.

2/ Once the cup is in place, run your finger inside to open it and seal it.

3/ Empty your feminine cup every 6 hours MAXIMUM.

4/ To remove it, wash your hands. Grab it by the stem and pinch the cup to create an air inlet.

To replace it, wash your hands, wash the cup in cold water (if not, use paper to wipe it off)
