Brilliant color
Soft and creamy, PuroBIO eye pencil is easy to apply and blend. Applied flush with the eyelashes, it brings a touch of color that opens up the eyes. Applied all over the eyelid, it intensifies the color of powder shadows and improves their hold.
Enriched with Soy and Apricot oils. Respects sensitive eyes.
Our opinion: Applied under powder eyeshadow, it makes a very good base that improves both the hold and the finish of your makeup. If you want to wear it alone, it is better to fix it with a little transparent powder.

PuroBIO eye pencil: Use
For a line of Liner XXL, apply generously along the lashes.
To make it a base, apply all over the eyelid, then apply your powder shadow.
To wear it alone, apply all over the eyelid then powder to make it stick: because we don't forget that this pencil has a creamy texture.
